Back when Ryan Seacrest worked as a radio guy for Star 98.7 he confessed to Lisa Foxx that he only changed his sheets once every three months.

That stuck with me. I grew up in a house that changing the sheets was just part of the weekend cleaning routine. Three months sounded so disgusting, especially from a young single man at the time.

How often do you change your own bed sheets?

One of my male friends, when a teen, stopped putting sheets on his bed, so he didn’t have to wash anything… his mums plan to get him to do his own bed, backfiring. I’m only guessing now his wife probably washes them. lol So that option is there too.
