Hello! I am 16 and about to turn 17 on Monday and I lift weights in my free time. Currently I'm in a bulk. Currently I've been debating if I should continue my bulk but super slow because I might hit a growth spurt. I say this because my brother didn't shoot up until he was 17. I don't remember his height before the growth spurt, but he grew up to 5'11 and the last time he grew was about when he was 12 or 13 (about the same as me). Now, he's 6'2 and he grew about 3 years ago. I know I can possibly stunt my growth if I don't give my body enough food when cutting. Also, I have been the sleeping the right amount of hours (8 hours and 30 minutes). The problem is if I keep bulking I'll eventually become fat and then it'll take me a long time for me to lose all the weight. Also, I'm 5'7 and I have been this height since I was 12. I've also had much difference in facial hair then what I had back when I was 13. Also, shoe size for some reason has stayed the same since I was 11 (9.5 men's). When I was younger, I always remembered being one of the tallest kids in class, but now I'm about average and could possibly grow taller.
