I'm still in undergrad engineering but I have a interview lined up. I'll be doing mechanical drafting which means I'll be working with other engineers utilizing software like CAD/Solidworks to develop products. I'll most likely be stuck doing the tedious grunt work that comes along with any project, but I figure that I'll have a lot of opportunities to prove my value.

From what I've heard, a lot of drafters can only draft and don't really have any foundation of logic to brainstorm through issues which are always to be expected in any project. Drafters sort of have a reputation of just being able to put together a design, but can only do so when everything is perfectly laid out for them.

Anyways, I'm wondering what kind of transition I'll see in the professional work force. I'm not going to lie when I say that I'm not a little nervous that I'll be initially under valued by negative judgement because of my appearance. I don't know what the attire would be, but if you saw me in person, then you could probably guess that something is up with my physique. I actually cut down and shred a lot of bodyfat recently so I'm really not that big at all right now considering mass at this point, but what gives it away is the cuts and separation between everything on my arms. I also can't hide vascularity if it's short sleeve attire as well. My shoulders don't look natural in a shirt and my lats are just too wide to hide in any attire.
