I really like this guy in my year and he knows that. So much has happened afree he found out, but ever since then, he's been extremely nice to me (when we're alone), but when we're in a langer group he's kinda mean and sort of ignores me. The thing is, he started looking at me a lot after he found out that I like him. I'll just be walking around or I'll be sitting down and I'll look at him and he'll look back at me or he'll already be looking at me. We used to talk before he found out about me liking him, but now he's talking to me a lot less, but looking at me a lot more, and he's rearly nice (in a more crush kind of way). Sometimes I get a gut instinct that he likes me back, but what do you think?

I asked him for a hug today and he said no, but we were with our friends (he was with 1 guy, I was with 2 girls). He seems to give me the cold shoulder more when I'm around my friends (in my opinion) Cause earlier on that day, I said hi to him when I was standing without my friends and he smiled. He doesn't want to date at the moment though, so maybe that's why he's holding back from making a move? I also heard him say he loves me to one of my friends and one of his friends, but I don't know if he meant it in a friendly way or more than friends. I don't think he knows I heard.
