So this thought came about after Mariah's ex-fiance dumped her after it turned out she was a little too expensive for him (he's a billionaire). Anyways like with most men at the start of a relationship they want to make their woman happy and tend to spoil them excessively. However, when woman get spoiled they get use to that level of treatment and wavering from this they often tend to start feeling you don't care about them anymore or start getting bored with you.

This again is due to expectations and not gold digging. You started them up on a high and woman by their very nature are hypergamous. Going to a lower state is not something they want and many will leave their man if he starts pulling back from the expectations he started off the relationship with. We see perfect example of this when men lose their jobs.

So as a guy would you pull the trigger first and dump her if you no longer could provide the same lifestyle like you did at the beginning or would you lower expenses and wait for her to eventually dump you?
