So its pretty simple. i have terrible insomnia. As in i can go months not sleeping more than an hour at a time bad. bit by bit, I've figured out a routine that sort of works. first there is the usual melatonin and anxiety pills. Followed by a pitch black room, an air coniditioner that must keep the room below 22c, and a netflix comedy special. I dont know why but leaving the special on (with my screen off) tends to work. here lies my problem. my girlfriend hates all of that. The ac, the special, you name it. rn we're doing things long distance, so its fine. but if im gonna marry this girl someday i need to know if we can make things work. it's really important to note that i will only ever sleep under those specific conditions or else i will go months without sleeping, and sleeping with earphones is not an option.
