I see women on here say there aren’t any men left, well what I see is women are purposely blind to like 80% of the male population. They won’t even consider them. It’s pretty obvious men are falling behind in society. The whole world is going through a women women women women women women phase while putting down men and now men are falling behind. Yes there are less men in that top 20% then before, but it’s like if you women can’t get one of those you just give up and say nope I’m done. This is why guys say women are just after money. And don’t give me the whole well men just want looks. First yeah who doesn’t and second it’s not like guys are super picky it’s pretty well know. I have worked with this woman (28 years old, married) for a couple of years. We have always got on really well but of late seem to have become closer, emotionally. There has been nothing going on but she does say the odd thing that makes me wonder if she has another agenda. I have definitely caught her looking at me in her peripheral vision. Lately she has taken to wearing fairly low cut, tight tops to work (she has a blouse over it but it is always tied below her chest and so open at the cleavage when I see her). I don't remember her doing this in the past, except on one occasion, and now she seems to do it practically every day. She has a chest that a nineteenth century novelist might describe as 'ample' and I assumed that she dressed modestly as she was conscious of it and didn't want it to be seen. This change could just be a style thing, it is summer so maybe it is just cooler, but I'm not convinced. Yesterday she put her head round the door of my office and practically rested her breasts on the doorframe, which made them even more obvious than normal. I had to look away for fear that I would stare.

We work in a small company so one thing I am certain about is that it isn't for another man at work's benefit as I can rule them all out. I don't think she is trying to impress a female colleague either!

We share a fair amount of eye contact and sometimes it goes beyond 'normal' but I'm never really sure what it means. It does concern me that she may be doing this just to get some attention rather than because of any desire for me. Is there any way that I can tell without asking her (that would make it very difficult at work so isn't an option)?

In context that women in the future maybe the near or far future would be taking more of a leadership role than before. Meaning many female politicians will be there, many women would be the ones leading the family, and such? And do you think this is a good or a bad thing? I think this is most likely going to happen sooner or later, it's obvious that women in our modern day are taking more of a leadership role and I fully support this since I beleive this will make the world a more peaceful and progressive world for all. It would be more positive than negative since from what I've seen women are wiser and smarter.
