And Even though he called me a Prick, I said, but was blocked before I could finish replying

Hey, I'm a guy that's been working out a lot. But I get a lot of cramps in my legs and feet. They come on at random points in the day & @ night & sometimes they can be crippling. Sometimes it wakes me up. I've tried adding more potassium, magnesium and other electrolytic supplements I've researched to my vitamins. But I still get these horrible cramps.

So my question is, does midol work for non-menstral cramps & do you think it'll work for men? Grateful to any ladies advice. If you're a guy reading this and you can answer this please do. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
