Don't confuse it with youthfulness! I'm other talking about older women who look younger because of less signs of age or younger women looking older because of premature wrinkles. Do you like child-like features or mature features?
The ideal look when it comes to dating for me is when the person looks like they're between 20 - 35 years old. The person shouldn't look younger than 18 years old, or the person is too young looking for me. I'm not into child looking features and finds mature adult features much more attractive. If someone looks like a child they reminds me too much about a child and then I get the feeling it's both unattractive and wrong.
On men, Mature is usually better, but there is something about child-like eyes on men that can give them a certain charm. I think that more than half of men prefer more youthful features. The rest would be split between this who are not selective, and those who greatly prefer more mature features.
Personally, I would prefer seeking a woman with at least some youthful features, but only prefer that slightly. The reason is that at times facial features don't always correlate with youthfulness.

Childlike inspires an illusion in my mind (maybe it's true) that the girl is more approachable , playful and much cuter (which is the main feature i consider in girls), but maybe i think all of that because i'm still young and a "child' so maybe i'm more attracted to a "child" like me
To me it seems like the word you are looking for is "feminine". Jacqueline Fernandez simply has more masculine features, including a more rectangular face and a more defined jawline.
I'm personally attracted to oval faces maybe with prominent cheeks but with not as much of a jawline. So to the more "childlike" looking women as you have put it.
childlike features in girls who are teenagers and in their 20's are fine. plus, id rather date a girl who looks younger rather than a girl who looks wayyy older if you know what i mean
