My female coworker and I have been getting really close over the last few months, talking and flirting with each other, and in that time I developed strong feelings for her feelings I have never felt with any other woman in my life. I also heard from other coworkers who I'm close with that she confided in that she has feelings for me too, but the thing is, she started dating someone else who is also works at the same job.

Long story short, without getting into too much detail, I'm starting to have thoughts of gradually doing things that would get them to break up with each other. I don't see myself doing it in real life because I'm not that type of person to ruin a relationship no matter how I'm feeling, but in my head I'm a totally different person. I literally have a whole plan about what I could do. Am I fucked up person for having these thoughts?

I got set up with a girl I knew from highschool. Although she lived a few hours away. We talked for about 2 months, as our schedules never lined up because of school for her to let me come up to see her given the time it took to get there.
Over the holidays, she had a month long break, and asked since we liked each other and we wanted a relationship if she could stay the month with me since she didn't want to be at home with family. I said sure.

I went and picked her up and she was oddly quiet. She later said she just had a migraine, and it wasn't anything I was doing. Later we went and took a nap. She woke me up cause she felt worse and asked to go home.

On the ride home she said that although she had a migraine, she also wasn't fully over her ex, and thought she was ready for a relationship with me and it changed when she met me. She realized she wasn't ready.

I dropped her off, and I was pretty disappointed. I tried to sympathize with her, and I checked in on her after a week.

She made plans to come spend time with me, but would then cancel them last minute. At which point I asked her why she's doing that, and she said she didn't have anything to say to me. So I stopped reaching out and I blocked her on social.

A few months later I felt bad for how I handled it. I tried to reach out on social media, but she denied my request. So when I could I just reblocked her.

Should I try again to reach out to her or leave that shit behind?
