i broke up with him a few days ago because there was a lot of red flags in the relationship but i can't seem to move on from him or delete the pictures/memories we had and my fingers start shaking when i do. I have had 5+ panic attacks relating to him and went to see a neurologist and a medical psychiatrist to help with my problem. No matter how hard i try i still can't get over him even though he hurt me so much and made me suffer. My friends are helping me and my parents are very understanding but i can't bring myself to tell them everything. I would have to see him everyday for almost 2 years because were in the same class. How do i cope with this?

Its only been a few days, so be patient and give this some time. In the mean time, find ways to keep yourself distracted and don't spend too much time alone.
