If topfreedom campaigns like #freethenipple are about desexualizing and normalizing female toplessness, should underaged girls be included, or should female toplessness be restricted to adult women?

In other words, should a 12 year old girl walk down the streets of your local neighborhood topless? Why or why not?

Keep in mind, if topfreedom is NOT about adult/sexual behavior or expression, there is no reason why children should not be included.

So, recently I wanted to look up the infamous scene from Tropic Thunder - the "you went full retard" one.
So I typed in Youtube's search bar: "you went full"
The suggestion that came up was:
"You went full, never go full"

Now, as you might have noticed - there's a word missing.
Regardless, I have found the video.

Later on I looked up another scene from the same movie: "I'm a lead farmer, motherfucker!"

The suggestion in the search bar:
"I'm a lead farmer, mother".

So I did another experiment: I typed in "motherf"
The suggestions?
Motherfunker.
But there is NO such search result as Motherfunker.

Another experiment, a quitebit hilarious one. Perhaps you are familiar with the song "It's OK to be ga"
No? Nobody? Well, perhaps I am the only one who has heard of this song written about the struggles of GA people.

This is just a quick observation, but Youtube DOES appear to shelter its younger users from swearwords. All the more interesting because most music videos featuring skimpily clad women can be viewed without age restriction. I guess a "fuck" is worse thanthan partial nudity.

Anyway, what do you think - should words like "fuck", retard", "gay", etc, be censored in search options like this?

Top freedom advocates in the USA and other nations are claiming that women should have the right to go topless anywhere a male has that right, which seems fair. They justify it partly by saying that a bare female chest shouldn’t be sexualized any more than a bare male chest.

So should there be an age restriction on top freedom? Should it be 21 years, like with alcohol or club membership? Should it be 18 years, as a legal adult? If so, why should it be restricted if it’s natural and non-sexual?

Or should it be a freedom to all women, regardless of age? Should a 12 or 13 year old girl have the right to post photos of her bare breasts online or walk down the streets of urban USA topless and free because a 13 year old boy can?
