If so, what was your thought the moment you saw his mouth start to drop?

It's really looking like a good idea folks. I know fertilizer and water costs money and it takes time. But dang, food is going up, we got some serious problems in the world. Nothing like having your own food.

I grow a garden every year and give bags of stuff to neighbors. Build good relationships with people. Build community, and free up food for others in the world.

Easiest stuff to grow in my area, Ohio:
Potatoes - grow well in containers with little effort.
Peas
Tomatoes
Green beans - multiple rounds of produce each year.
Lettuce
Kale

Trees/shrubs:
Peaches - but a lot of work to tend, prune, and keep bugs at bay
Apples
Pears

For the block feature specifically, a lot of intellectual cowards on this website use it as a pseudo-trump card and to not have to face the consequences of their speech. They post an inflammatory answer or reply to you and then block you immediately so you never get a chance to respond because they don't want their worldview or perspective challenged; they want to say whatever they please to you but don't want that same treatment. They will also block you immediately to make it appear as if they dunked on you, because if you never get a chance to reply, it ostensibly appears as if they won the argument and you had no rebuttal. Or they will block you immediately because they know they are arguing against someone more well equipped and they don't want to lose. In the free exchange of ideas, that's intellectual cowardice and a sign of you not being able to defend your positions. You're just looking to reinforce your own beliefs and be a cunt while doing.

And my main problem with the anonymous feature is also cowardice. 95% of the time, this feature is used to make racist, sexist and just generally xenophobic posts. Again, it's people not wanting to be held responsible for their speech.

I feel like my girlfriend is racist. Here is some stuff she has said. (These are not in order of time).
1. "Hispanic people are lazy. They just want free stuff and that's why they cross over illegally."
2. "I don't think they (she means Hispanics) should be allowed to speak Spanish. Why do you come here and not learn English? Like... Are you stupid?"
3. "Black people are literally the biggest cry babies. We lock mexican women and children in cages and they don't cry about it like they do."
4. "OMG. Does she have corona virus (there was an Asian female walking)?" She said this while inside of our car waiting for traffic of people to pass by at the mall.
-she has said worse but like this is some stuff she has said.

Anyway, my girlfriend is racist as hell. She is so mean in terms of this but to me, she is very nice. She is a very good girlfriend. Like extremely faithful and kind. We've been together for 3 years and this racism thing barely came out after the riots but more specifically, when corona happened. It started with Chinese people but she like worked her way up to everyone else. She just started bashing on everyone. It was like a domino effect because I let her do this and didn't get mad at her the first times. This is said in private. One on one. Never in groups or public.
