I feel like I let myself go literally. I stopped getting my hair and lashes done, haven't gotten a good tan on my legs, haven't gone to the gym just ridiculous. But then again I didn't do it because I was like well I'm not going anywhere why spend all this money.

Then I'm wearing yoga pants often like wtf I never used to do this..

Tan is when you get a darker skin shade due to the sun or other fake methods.

Natural brownish skin on ethnic people means that people of different ethnics usually from South Asian (india, sri lanka, bangladesh, etc) , southeast asia (indonesia, Malaysia, phillipines, Thailand, myanmar, etc..), pacific islanders (Polynesia, etc..), South america, many people from Africa with similar shade, in which they have brownish skin tone that is similar to the shade when white people tan (light brown to dark brown)

I just got off the phone with my friend. She's "white".

Anyway she got into a conversation about ancestry with a colleague - passing - mentioned that she had French & Italian not just British and that she tans, her brother/father tan dark. Next thing you know this colleague, the day after, is acting a bit standoffish and rude.

And the irony is, is he's Indian.

I'm a tan Middle Eastern mixed with Asian roots, but I often get mistaken for Latina. There is a Caucasian guy friend who shows interest in me. Honestly I was not that attracted to him at first, I was kind to him, but never really gave in to his invitations to hangout. I'm not sure if he assumed I wasn't into him. Now I am attracted, but I think its too late, I think he has a girlfriend.

So I am getting a lot of intense mocking STILL after the altercation I had in Starbucks a couple of weeks ago. Long story short a girl came in I knew from college whos ex I was seeing, asked for a chair randomaly so I told her to get lost.

We argued for literally only 30 seconds or so over her being jealous and she mocked my tan and refereed to be as a "Dorito". So I grabbed her hair for a couple of seconds like I grabbed it from behind and she like stood on my foot and spun and pushed a cream pie/cake in my face. But that was it, wasn't a punch or knockout or long fight.

I am getting consant cream, pieface, pudding jokes, my mother coudnt stop laughing hwen she picked me up. Since mocked over dinner the other night with desert. Am I right to be annoyed, and not see this as any kind of fight just a small altercation?

Not trying to generalize, but it seems like about half of the blonde people I meet have slightly tanned skin. Significantly more than White people with dark hair (brown or brunette).

This kind of confuses me, because isn't blonde hair a result of less melanin? Why would a person with less melanin in the hair suddenly have more in the skin? It just doesn't quite add up. I know the genes for skin and hair color are different, but it doesn't quite add up...

On the contrary most brunette people I meet seem to naturally be pale as fuck, despite having so dark hair.

And then you got redhead people, with light hair, light skin, and freckles... it makes me wonder a bit though why brunette people don't usually have as much freckles, if they're about just as pale.

So is my observation actually a thing, or just a coincidence?

Also, with the two of them next to each other, it seems the brunette is even MORE pale than the redhead... so why does she have ZERO freckles in comparison? Shouldn't she burn more easily?
