Why do guys approach me more to talk than her? She's 5"7. I'm 5"4. Our body types: She has bigger boobs and a flat butt. I have a smaller waist, small boobs, wide hips, and a round butt. She's pale skin while I'm tan.

Our friends always call her the 'pretty one'. They even say she could model.

Firstly you shouldn’t begin to compare yourself with your sister. Guys often don’t care about tits and are all about the legs and ass. Pretty much lower body bs. It sucks, but its true, that typically guys like shorter girls. I like tall girls because I’m into tall and graceful type. Anyways, it could also be true that they’re intimated by her. A lot of guys dont even begin to approach a good looking girl because they dont feel good enough for them. Same with IQ’s. Its hard for beautiful and smart girls to get guys, because the guys are intimidated and if they have a lower IQ and aren't fairly attractive, the girl won't want him.

what girls think of as attractive isn't the same for what guys find attractive. Guys like an itty bitty waist and a round thang in their face. They get sprung. Also guys generally like shorter girls more. The deciding factor could be the way you carry yourselves. Not even friendly vs unfriendly but some people I have met had something of a ephemeral quality, where you just end up drawn to them. TBH though from you description you just sound more attractive. Shorter, better butt, tiny waist, and tan. If your shorter your boobs may actually look larger than your sister's do proportionally.

2. Looks can intimidate some men, or make them assume she is out of their league.
3. Looks are also subjective; what if everyone on here thinks you're prettier and disagrees with you?
4. Your sister could just have an off-putting personality.
5. You could have a more likeable/engaging personality.
6. She could be too young/too immature for them.
7. Most men don't want a flat ass.

Flat butt is an unattractive feature for most guys. Guys will give a woman attention, even if she is flat chested, so long as she has a good figure and large glutes.

That's why you get more attention than your sister, based on the description you've given us.
