Do men like receiving suggestive/provocative pictures from a girl they’re talking to?

Some context: a little over a month ago I was telling this guy how I plan to work on my tan once the weather gets a little more toasty. His response to this was, “I can’t wait to see the goddess in full form.”

So, would it raise red flags if I were to send him a bikini shot? I’ve never said or done anything suggestive in the past, so I fear that when he sees the photo, question marks will go off in his head regardless of how hot I look.

Don't assume about a person. If he's not behaving sexually disrespectfully to you, why would you do that to yourself? If you like those kind of guys, there are plenty of men like that. This guy sounds like he was just making an overall joke or compliment. It is not suggestive at all. But if you take it as being suggestive then you need to personally and honestly ask him. Because not every man is a lustful man, and not every man is looking for a lustful woman who shows herself like that. They were Laurel try to respect you as a person but they may not respect your actions. It's better to be truthful or what kind of person you are going to be somebody that you're not. So if you are not that kind of person, do not do that to somebody especially when they're not themselves. You decide how you wish to be perceived by men, because what you choose to do, how you choose to behave, will attract the men that you get. And it may not be the kind of man you want. But you need to be a woman that they desire also. What matters is where your moral values lies and where is your sexual morals. If you like suggestive men, then you go find those men. If you don't like those kind of men, don't do anything that make him dislike you.

If he is not somebody you're dating especially, or he is just a friend or acquaintance, he is not looking for that kind of attention. It just sounds like to me he was just striking up a conversation and just trying to make you feel good about your progress. People who care about your happiness will just support you as long as it aligns with their morals, your mom's, and you're doing what is right. But if you're the one that was looking something else with this guy you needed to straight tell him instead of stringing him along as if you want just a friendship. But again if you're the type that moves fast he definitely doesn't seem like that type of guy.
