lately I been wondering this a lot.

I look at people like Eminem who's been a multiplatinum artist for decades, has a $250 Million net worth yet is still a slave to his vices and past trauma.

he has opened up in the past about still being addicted to pharmaceutical drugs and how they all affected his quality of life such as his mood, sleep and even giving him amnesia. so bad that he would look at old videos of his past concerts and dont remember ever performing there.

so again I been wondering it seems like no matter how much success you achieve in life your past traumas will always find a way to creep back in your life sooner or later. so this makes want to ask if success is worth chasing in the first place?

Imagine you've spent years building your audience and your brand. Then, out of nowhere, you get a direct invite from the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to bring your show to Riyadh.

If you had a huge following and the level of popularity to land this, would you take the deal and travel to Saudi Arabia? Is the opportunity to bridge cultures and secure your future worth the potential backlash from your community, or is there a line you just wouldn't cross no matter the price?

Let’s imagine a perfect world in which everyone ultimately finds their soulmate. How many heartbreaks would be too many to continue going through the motions? Is true love worth nearly endless pain with no end in sight?

Interesting question, isn't it? For what it's worth, I accepted all of the unprecedented economic and social damage the COVID lockdowns caused because the lockdowns saved lives. And to throw another caveat into the question, deporting an illegal immigrant who otherwise would have killed an American doesn't save a life if the same illegal immigrant kills someone in another country once deported.
