So the GAG community seems to uphold the image where men and women are at the brink of a gender war and pointing fingers at the opposite sex and saying stuff similar to "they are the bad and guilty ones" and calling members of each gender names mostly outside the dictionaries but mostly with the blues being the initiators of aggression and the pinks slowly emerging here too. Which is really sad to see and prolonged exposure to it is generally detrimental.

Then I get off from GAG and go outside, catch some fresh air, go to a retail therapy to the mall, eat out and go about my business. No one I have spoken to is hateful or feels like tolerating the opposite sex or what they do or are annoyed by the things the opposite sex does. In fact even those men I have spoken to, who are spiteful towards "some women being like gold diggers" said they don't want to live in a world without women and they don't think, that (all) girls are gold diggers and that life without girls would be less meaningful.

So here is a huge difference in the image of society GAG seems to have versus my real world experience in the environment I live in. I live in a big city (1 million population count) and pretty much not far from the town hall district.

I find her very attractive, we get along well, she’s smart and accomplished, I also feel like it’s kind of a bad idea, and if this became a relationship my mother would flip out. I met her on a dating app, and things are a little bit tangled because I am also lecturing to her class (since she asked me to (we work in the same field) that is done remotely via a prominent university, but there’s also a romantic interest here which she is receptive to.

it’s not guaranteed I can stay with her, but we discussed it and it sounds like most likely. We also don’t explicitly discuss sex, but I’m assuming if I’m staying with her and there’s obvious romantic interest then yeah… I also don’t have a ton of experience so I don’t know if I should even tell her that ahead of time?

There's a girl I know who is very beautiful and does modeling work for magazines & online. When we were hanging out a while back she told me about how sometimes she goes on dinner dates with older men for money. I held back my opinions and decided to ask questions about it, she said it's non sexual and she meets up just for the dinner like a pretend girlfriend experience (she would use a sugar baby site & a fake name for that kind of stuff).

The logic doesn't really make any sense because I personally wouldn't spend 200 to 500 dollars just to go on a date with a very attractive woman with sex not being apart of the equation... She asked me if I'd ever date someone who does that and I didn't know how to respond because instinctually I wanted to say "no" but at the same time I'm very sexually attracted to her and didn't want to make her feel bad or ruin my chances.

Anyways this came to mind again because she recently told me about one of these dates she went on, the guy messaged her on IG saying he'd pay her $500 just to go out for dinner & drinks, she said he looked & sounded like Borat. We just kind of made fun of it while I did some shitty Borat impersonations but I felt confused about the whole situation and thought about that question she asked me a while back.

I know this sounds stupid and I probably shouldn't even care, but I kind of like her and she seems to kind of like me - so I figured I'd ask this question on here and forget about it lol
