Girls: when you wear short dresses or skirts, do you like "accidentally" flashing your panties sometimes?

I've noticed a lot of girls wear super short dresses and skirts when they go out. Also that a lot of girls spend hundreds and hundreds at Victoria's Secret buying loads of panties.

When I see these girls in short skirts and dresses they always are dancing or something and their panties flash a bunch of times.

I know a lot of girls who do things like this and they're not sluts, or promiscuous at all really.

Is it just wanting to look sexy and honest mistakes, or does it excite you a little that guys get a glimpse of what's underneath? Or do you just want people do actually see the panties you spend so much on?

hahha I tend not to however whenever i tend to wear short dresses or skirts almost every time there has been relatively strong winds.
and because of this I have flashed a lot ahaha

It happens on accident sometimes, but I do my best not to show up my skirt or dress. I will, however, occasionally flash my boyfriend just to tease him.

Since it's so freaking hot here, I wear that kind of dress and panty because it's more loose and comfortable. Expensive or inexpensive and if it is accidentally, I don't see it being flirty or something. Unless you deliberately want to show it.
