I saw my sister naked and now it's awkward. help!!?

Long story short she was takin a shower and I had to pee. was waiting outside the bathroom door for her to come out and she comes out without clothes on. I'm NOT attracted to her. never was never will be. but I don't know what she thinks now. she feels pretty freaked out, and ignores me as much as possible. she was pretty close to me but after this the whole world seems weird to me. I can't look her in the eye and neither can she. so what to do now. how to go back to the old life, or at least how do I tell her we should put this past us without making it anymore awkward.

Its not normal to see your siblings naked, but accidents do happen. Haha, she must be super embarrassed :p You don't know how many times I've forgotten to bring a towel with me to the shower when I was younger and would run butt naked to my room and my bro have caught me and all I hear is "Eww!" And turns away quickly with a angry look in his face and walk back to him room. I'd be in my room embarrassed and laughing. One hour later everything is normal and we going at it like normal siblings

Dude, she's your sister. It's not that big of a deal if you accidentally glimpse her naked and vice versa. In many cultures, it's actually quite normal for siblings to see each other that way, regardless of sex. It's when and if you feel compelled to sleep with each other that it becomes a problem. However, if you just happen to see one or the other nude, just move on with your day and don't worry about it. It's not the end of the world.

Just talk to her about & let her know that it's not that big of a deal. Neither of you should feel uncomfortable because you're family & accidents are bound to happen especially stuff like that. My brothers have seen me naked on accident plenty of times & we just move on & act like it didn't happen. If she's that uncomfortable she probably has some self esteem issues, maybe you can help her with that

Just say "things have been awkward since...(whenever it happened) & they don't have to be. Sorry if I scared you, I shouldn't have been standing there" don't mention her being naked & if you do just say you didn't even look, you closed your eyes immediately after it happened
