As I was lesving his office he shook my hand nice to meet you and he leaned in and kissed me in the cheek.

I don't think it was a cultural thing like some of you have said. It was like he was super duper awkward like we had just had a date and he wasn't sure if he should kiss me or not and then he went in for the cheek kiss.

OMG listen to this! I had to go back in but they said he's on vacation today, so I made appt anyway. when I got there he WAS there, in a tshirt and shorts. Did he come in just for my appt? Oh I just stopped in he says but since I'm here... Hmmmmmmmm

Inappropriate as shit. In my opinion a complaint is necessary. There are doctors who escalated their behavior and touched their patients inappropriately. It may not be you, but it could help prevent it happening to someone else.
