Probably as a baby.
Beside that, like when I was more aware of the sexual difference and I learned that you should hide you naked body from other people...
Well that would be at start of puberty, around 11-13 years old. I have seen my sister a couple times occidentally in bathroom or bedroom when I did not knock. I have seen my nudist aunt (and uncle) naked. I know I have seen all 4 girls from our school class naked in the shower when me and 2 other guys ran (naked) past their showers as a dare when I was 14.

Not in person: In middle school this guy had p*rn pics and I saw one of them. I was in 6th grade.

In-person: In early HS I was at this recreational center in the gym sitting on a bench and one of the guys was messing with this girl on the gym floor. He pull her shorts down and pulled her panties and I could see vagina.
