What makes you mad? Why so? and how do you settle down?

I'm a 2 strike kind of guy. no one ever uses the 3rd strike when its offered so its really just a waste of time. people think i'm angry sometimes just because i dont like them or because i dont respect them or because i curse like a sailor. i pretty much expect that people are following the golden rule and they're treating me the way they themselves would like to be treated. and if they're not, fuck em. not a big fan of this world and i don't have a lot of patience for the way people have thrown their all virtues to the wind willy nilly yet are so full of themselves. anyone who says swag like its a good thing is a shit person. anyone who uses Facebook is sacrificing their liberties and securities for convenience and acceptance and deserves none of the above. anyone who listens to braggadocio or mainstream hip hop is actively contributing to the pollution of society. i realize these are broad sweeping strokes that single out 90% of the population. again, fuck em. i'm not gonna flip a shit on it but lets just say i go against the grain and i've developed a distaste for most people.

About 99.99% of the time I am calm, cool and collected bordering on monk lvl of zen inner peace calmness. That rare 1% were I do get mad a very cold blooded and bad side of me comes out. The last time I got that angry I put my elbow clean through a glass window and the metal screen behind it. When I'm in that state I have no empathy, mercy or regard for life if you get in my way I'll put you down. I go into a similar state when I'm trying to protect someone in a dangerous situation with the exception that I have no qualms about killing in self defense.

Overall it is a very frighting side of me I do not enjoy I've spend the better part of half a decade suppressing it. Trading in martial arts to turn it into something positive, but that side of me is sometimes needed.

Typical things will make me really angry. I sometimes act rashly and act out but I try to calm down and act rationally and mature about it which takes like half an hour to an hour. Depends on the situation it may take days... i usually freak out right away or ignore the person for a couple days lol it's my latina half I guess

in all honesty id say I'm reallllyyyyy patient. like it takes something huge to get me very angry.
i get irritated more easily than angry, but even when I'm mad, I don't know, I'm surprisingly calm. like I'm not the type who yells and stuff. i just go harsh or cold... maybe even completely silent.

I don't get super angry. I am pretty level headed and like to think things out first. I have snapped but it is usually more quiet and concealed like rude snappy remarks and the like haha. I don't think I have ever yelled at someone >.>

Oh and I forgot, to settle down I listen to music, go running or swimming or just drive. There are some great twisty roads by me that I love to drive fast on :S

I am a cool cat and can relax at times with a good level head. Other times once in a blue moon That Swedish Temper comes out and I can get real mad and want to throw and destroy things.
