So,

"Suck my dick!" = I regard you as my inferior

"This sucks dick!" = I am being made to do something to reinforce my inferior status

"This guy is just sucking the coach's/referee's dick." = he is trying to get on coach's/referee's good side but not by being a good player, instead he's doing it by talking about fishing or a new car or anything else the coach is interested in.

"Suck my dick" is another way to tell someone to "fuck off". In sports when someone says that it is like they are sucking up to the coach or referee to get calls go their way or the play go their way for their advantage, like sucking up to the teacher or your boss to get favouritism.
