Speaking as a Swedish guy, it is the same for us as it is for men in most of the world. We like girls. A pretty girl is a pretty girl independently of race. Same goes for other qualities.

And just like anywhere else, your typical Swedish (white) guy will be somewhat less likely to approach a black girl due to the often perceived gap in backgrounds. It is really just about how much we expect to have in common and means very little once we've actually made contact.

Honestly our dating scene is a little different. As an example dates practically do not happen.
And to be fair all Swedish people will probably come off as a little clumsy and awkward at first, might even seem shy to you. We tend to hold back more than most around strangers or new people. Which we normally make up for when we get to know you.

So, your view of us is (assuming we generalize of course) quite true. I suppose on behalf of how troublesome we can be to get close to, I do apologize.
