Probably the U. S. A. This is not because American women are 'the biggest sluts'. I doubt they are.

But the U. S. is a country of like 350 million people. Even the fifth largest country, brazil, is down at 200. Are Brazilian women twice as likely to be sluts as americans? I doubt it.

So then you're left looking at the U. S., which is far far bigger than any other socially liberal country, vs the two giant countries: india and china. Each of those has 4 times the U. S. A's population. So then the question is, are American (or basically any western) women 4 times as likely to be sluts as those in china or india?

My guess is yes. But I don't know for -sure-.

It may be that india actually wins, I think most Indians are traditional, but maybe 400M of them aren't, and that would beat out the U. S. My guess is its less then that though, in the big cities, who are living a more liberal life style.
