I'm Not Racist BUT I'm tired of Indian Tech Support?

I'm a frequent user on Amazon, I buy and also sell. Sometimes I have to call to get something replaced, returned, and talk to representatives about the seller or item.

When I call to Amazon sometimes I get Indian sounding representatives, you can just tell within the first 10 seconds. "helloooooo, Tchhiis issh Amazonnno Rrreehpresenative, Can I get Yuuur goodah name?"

And literally 100% of the times I do talk to Indian tech support it's a headache, they don't really understand what my issue is, they only understand black and white subjects, not nuances, the more complex an issue gets the more I lose them, sometimes their accent can be so heavy I can't even understand them.

I tried my very best, I really tried not to judge before hand but after constantly having bad experiences with Indian tech support, now when I call Amazon if I get an Indian sounding person I would hang up and call again and I would keep doing this until I got someone with a normal accent.

I have no problems with Indians, but when it comes to business I don't want any inconvenience. I'm a latino man and if someone complained to be about latino tech support and Latinos being difficult with a heavy Spanish accent "Heyy Amigo, Ju want mi to rrrrreturn deee kendy, how comes amigo, July to me bout kandy, no khendy, nooooo coño?" or some bullshit like that I would understand them.

Anyways I wanna hear your opinion.
