I've got a two part answer to this question:

I personally have never been too attracted to the Angelina Jolies or other female celebs whose looks tend to come from being extremely thin and defined. I've been a lot more into the girls who are known to keep themselves fit and healthy:

There are a couple of female celebs who I've fell in love with due to the way their personalities shine through their art. Off the top of my head, those are Natalie Portman, Beyonce Knowles, and Emma Watson.

However, I find the most purely physically attractive women out there are top commercial models, who are famous for their bodies and not their bone structure:
