I never do it to get a guys attention its how I get my pants on. My jeans usually sit just about my hips not around my waist but I have kind of big hips so I need to get my pants over them so they sit comfortably.

yeah, the pants get tight around the thighs and it's hard to pull them up over them, so we wiggle. it's the easiest way to get jeans on.
