Their both pretty. But ProfessionalLovers is right. No one has seem them without makeup and that's where it counts. I think Katy Perry seems sweet to cameras, but might be a bitch in person. And as for Megan Fox. She's pretty, but that's all fake baby. Her lips, her nose, her boobs, etc. And she is a MAJOR bitch. I heard that during the filming of Transformers she made them stop so she could watch the shot they got of her to make sure she looked good, and if she didn't think so then she had them refilm it. Hmmmm... I'm not very fond of either.

Probably Katie Perry.I don't Really care for either one of them...but Katie wins.Megan was pretty once upon a time,but she just keeps on going with the plastic surgery.I bet in the next 5-7 years she will be forgotten about and she will only be noticed because of her awful face...ugh...plastic surgery.And she is talentless.Who gets fired from acting jobs?!? She was fired from Transformers. Enough said.

Megan Fox is hottER (sexually) and has the rough look, but Katy Perry looks more desirable to men (or maybe women O.O) because of her face, how she dressed and make up. Katy Perry looks more cute and is still hot.
