You can't delete your own content. If it's a question you asked that you want deleted (which I'm guessing it is, that one where nobody could understand what you asked probably), you have to use the Contact Us link at the bottom. If it's an answer or comment you made that you want deleted, you can get in touch with a moderator such as myself, Enchanted_x3, or anyone else with a light bulb icon next to their name in questions/answers to have it deleted.

You can't, but sometimes they randomly remove posts because it "brakes the forum of agreement".

They really should add that as an option; unfortunately you can't unless you directly contact them and give them your reasons as to why it should be deleted.
