You’re saying that a black can’t do a job because of their skin color. That seems racist in the other direction. That it’s racist because blacks just aren’t good enough to be maids. It makes absolutely no sense to me.
Now reverse the question, is having a white maid for a black family racist? It's the same except white people would see that as offending because white people have racist sides in them unlike black people.

Why don't you just fire her? It seems stupid to whine about her conduct. I hired a "White" guy once. I fired him because he was horrible.
