I carry concern and a degree of worry, each vary on a case by case basis.
In today's world, it's easier than before to see and learn from the problems that occur throughout the world. It's also easier for problems in other countries to impact the rest of the world.
For example, China's wet markets have been the origin of two worldwide pandemics so far - a problem specific to China ended up making a massive problem for the world over. Likewise, political elections have impacts - look at Russia, the US, and Brexit. All of them have had wide-spread impacts on other countries.
There's no sense in worrying about what we can't control. But there is sense in worrying about what we can control, and figuring out what exactly those things are.
As an individual, I can't shut down China's wet markets myself. But as a citizen, I can do my best to impress upon the politicians I vote for the importance of such a thing (maybe not that in specific, but I would be voting for and supporting candidates with a strong backbone and assertive foreign policies).

But i really dont care for blacks living in western nations.Do you care about the millions of black slaves in Africa? I can't say that I do. Maybe they should have been born in a white Country where they are treated better 🙃
I can care about those problems but right now I am more concerned with Americans dying and Americans constitutional rights
