The clothes in the first one make her look like a gypsy, but her face looks kind of ambiguously eastern European, yeah. The big nose, the dimples, the eye shape, etc. The second picture looks like a completely different person and is far more attractive, but she looks like a 19-20 year old French or Dutch girl. No offense, but due to socioeconomic reasons, eastern European girls don't often look like they can afford things like makeup or nice clothing. So the first pic looks more "third world" as opposed to the second one, which looks like some rich guy's daughter on a vacation in Paris.

That's actually pretty common in the northern parts of the 'stan countries, as well as Syria. They're mockingly and endearingly referred to as "Russian rape babies" for their resemblence to eastern Europeans and the typical age range that they're found (conceived ~1980s).
