If a guy calls you "super cute" does it necessarily means he's interested? is he flirting? or is he just being friendly?

If I said that personally then I would most likelly mean interested.

One of my best friends... well he flirts with just about any girl he talks to. Saying that, asking their boobs size, complimenting, flirting to no end... etc

he has a girlfriend who dosnt really mind it, and well I can't say he is trying to toy with any of the girls he flirts with, he's just having friendly fun and I have NEVER seen him hurt any of the girls he flirts with to no end.

so you can't really judge simply from that if he likes or is just playfully flirting with u, or third choice playing with your feeling to get the usual
