I don't know if it's about the skin color. But intelligent people tend to be seen as boring from the point of view of a stupid people. Also kids always think adults are boring.

Kids and stupid people need a lot of funny noises and movements to keep them entertained. And if there is moment of silent, or even worse, an intellectual conversation, they can't stand the boredom and they start making some kind of noises or start to move around.

Canada is dope. Race doesn't exist. Not to be confused with ethnicity. If someone is boring it is due to the culture they buy in too. And it is also mostly their paradigm. If your parents never did anything while you were growing up you're most likely going to be a home body unless you were popular and not shy.
