There's a couple of factors here.

Twitter, his main form of communication, banned him for "inciting" the events of Jan 6th, despite him literally saying "Peacefully and patriotically assemble" followed by "It's time to go home".

Whether you believe Biden is legitimate or not, he is the legal president, and therefore is the main topic of discussion.

Lastly, and this goes for and against him, the media is struggling between: "we can't just constantly talk about him, no matter how much we smear him it still gets his message out and it kind of resonates with people" vs "holy shit, we need the ratings boost constantly covering him gets us".

They blacklisted him off of social media and tried to make American forget about him. It's kinda hard to make yourself known in 2021 when all the major social media sites conspire against you, as well as conspiring to ban potential replacements, like Parlor, Minds, and Gab.
