Really depends on if you can identify one in the first place.
For the sake of question, let's say you do. Should they be forced to see a shrink? Should they be kicked out of workplace? Not unless they give you a chance to complain. Should they have family? Definitely don't date one, if it's other family member... Stay the fuck away. Should they be exotify or romantize? Nope.
Also, speaking of sociopathy, it gets worse as one ages.

No, I don't think so. I mean if sociopaths are made could their sociopathic tendencies perhaps be undone? Also I'd feel bad for them. They obviously must've gone through a lot of shit in order to become a sociopath on the first place.
Isn't the answer in the question? Definitely separate them. A fixed perspective has made them that way or they may be that way. Whatever the case, not recommended to be living in society.
They are naturally cut off when they prove themselves out to people. You'll see.

They literally don't care you, that is it.According to statistics, white women are 23 times more likely to be sociopaths than every other demographic.
It wouldn't be right to allow them to hurt others. Besides that I don't see any issue
