I'm interested in trying to create a clothing optional community in my state; If I were to do so, would anyone be interested in living there?

Great question it really depends because at the momwnt it would not be a good idea to start yet as we are in a pandemic but it is up to you. I would not move if I do not know what the market will be like

It depends will the girls be naked or at least be wearing revealing clothing because I am only interested if I can see naked women.

Depending on your local laws, it may not be allowed. Also, climate will most likely play a major role.

Yeah, climate & freedom of choice are why I'm going with clothing optional rather than naked only. Winters get cold.

We do have a naturist park in New Hampshire, but it's heterosexual couple exclusive.

One of those is a vacation/summer community and the other is non landed association.
I'm not trying to create a park or association, I'm interested in creating a long term community.

In the fall and winter months sure, but spring and summer are usually warm enough.
That's a good half a year.
