The only way any kind of racists will go away is if non racists become radical and physically get rid of them. If that isn’t done, racists will exist forever and continue to produce and teach their kids to be racists as they always done

Safe spaces don't exist to segregate. Cis and heteronormative people are allowed in safe spaces. The only way you should be removed from a safe space is if you yourself endanger the space. These spaces are also heavily limited and not created by the law but be regular people. A doctors office or therapists office or AA meeting could all be considered safe spaces. Are you opposed to such safe spaces existing.

Also, consider that no, not everything is about race but enough things historically and systemically do relate to race. People aren't racist or promote racism just because an opposing group that dislikes these things exist. I would ask that you understand that you may be limited by your perspective (the same as everyone else) in such a way that isn't productive.

From what i can tell its both certain conservatives and some moderate Democrats that want to repeal anti discrimination laws. That said, i live in a largely functional liberal state that indeed does not remove anti discrimination laws but also is really bad at handling money. 🤷🏿 I wish you the best as you grow and learn. I hope no one whether liberal or conservative harms you or makes you feel like you don't belong.

The "just look at history" retort has been refuted by knowledge of history/political shifts. Yes, the old southern Democratic party was God awful, the Democratic party while much better is still garbage in its own way. Some still support the school to prison pipeline. I'm well aware. But being liberal doesn't mean being a democrat, and I'm happy you recognize that both major parties are full of shit.
