As much as the leftists and idiots would want us to believe, the answer to a male getting pregnant is no, they cannot.

Those planning on insisting that trans females are the males that can get pregnant, I refer you to ACTUAL science that says only those with XY chromosomes are TRUE males and those FTM's are in fact, females with XX chromosomes, regardless how they visually appear.
