No. Dark MAGA is just another word for fascism. I mean that quite literally, you can see it pretty clearly laid out in this article which predates Madison talking about it.

He's not referring to black people who escaped the Democrat plantation, when he refers to "Dark MAGA". "Dark MAGA" means taking a more proactive approach to preserving the freedoms laid out in the U. S. constitution, and returning to a more sane society where people can define what a woman is and children aren't sexualized at 3 years old by order of the government.
