For what reasons would you consider deleting a comment on one of your questions?

I am fine if people write a comment I don’t agree with as long as it is written not harshly.

For example I do believe in god.

If another GaG user writes “I don’t believe in God.” I think a comment like this is fine.

If another GaG user wrote “People who believe in god are retards.” I would delete this comment because I think it sounds too offensive and harsh.

Even though I don’t agree with the comment “I don’t believe in God”
I still think it doesn’t sound like it is written in an insulting way so I wouldn’t delete a comment like this.

I only delete comments that have pathetic childish shaming tactics or personal attacks.
If someone can not disagree without adding personal bullshit then they do not have the maturity or the education to hold a proper conversation and their statement is removed.
