One of my employees. He interviewed perfectly, then less than 2 months into the job, started stirring up drama. He also thinks he can do his job better than me and says a lot of bad things to other people about me. Clearly he doesn't think it'll get back to me, but it does.

But in all seriousness, even if I could punch him without consequence, I wouldn't. Not a fan of violence
