It's the inner city tribalistic gang culture, not unique to black men and women. You're hitting the tip of the iceberg on why the media buried "Stop Asian Hate" as soon as the facts got looked at. Back in the early 20th century, the Italians and Irish (to name two of many examples) were doing basically the same thing with self-segregating communities that develop xenophobic tendencies. It's also why revisionist history through the lens of racism (aka critical race theory) is an exceedingly stupid idea to integrate into schools because it's basically the equivalent of continuously dumping jet fuel on an otherwise controlled and contained fire.
