What ethnicity or culture or religion are the people who drink water without ice and share dishes amongst eachother and avoid anything with meat?

Avoiding dishes without meat are vegetarians and vegans,

Water without ice is in every european country as far as i know, and probably many more.

Sharing dishes among each other is also common in many countries, i think it depends mostly on the dish served.

So it could be a central european family of atheists vegans eating Raclette or Fondu, or a group of buddhists monks celebrating.

You mean the Quakers or Jehovah Witnesses? Some Hasidic Jew sects are like that too. In the East it's the Jains who tend to follow that lifestyle.
