Why are there so many social problems in the black community?

It all comes down to culture and mentality. Throughout history Blacks have only made a name of themselves through music, athletics and being revolutionaries. They've never strived to build a name for themselves on the global scale. They never established any major empires or trade routes. And they don't even seem to care about bettering their own community. They are basically just living day to day and seem to want everything handed to them. A lot of them are raised to distrust the police and other races, and sadly there is this notion in black culture that having a "reputation" on the streets, will get you more respect than getting an education or a good job. So a lot of them simply don't care.

Someone mentioned White handouts and the irony is, they don't want anyone else to rule over them ever again, but at the same time, they do depend on handouts from Whites and Asians. But then at the same time, if they are getting these handouts why isn't anything changing for them? Because the reality is, most of them really don't want these handouts. They want to show that they are capable of surviving on their own, which is simply not true, but they'd rather starve under their own leadership than admit that they can't survive without White people holding their hand. The only Black societies that are well off are the ones that have accepted this reality and wisely chose to remain European colonies. The rest basically swapped White oppressors for Black oppressors, but I guess they'd rather starve than let another race rule over them again.

Black people simply lack the kind of leadership and work ethic needed to run a government. They also seem to be the only race of people who haven't adapted to White culture and Westernization.

Their Democratic slave masters keeping them dependent upon the Democratic slave Masters for their functioning whether it be money, healthcare, and/or food. Such an environment when compared against the world exacerbates Social Ills both in own Group and to all other Groups within the design. They have been conditioned to fail by the ones perceived to be helping them !! Very, very, very Sad !!!

That's actually kind of true, but at the same time they also seem to lack the ambition to break free of White dependency and start making things happened for themselves
