malta
Malta is not arab
@Nintendo-64 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maltese_language
That's nothing new to me. I know what Maltese is.
Maltese belongs to same language family with Arabic but this doesn't mean that their language is Arabic. Arabic and Maltese are not mutually intelligible and therefore two distinct languages belonging the same language family.
Any Arab who claims to understand Maltese is nothing but a liar and most likely a delusional pan arabist.
With your logic jews could be considered as arabs aswell but they are not.
Maltese people proud of who they are, their culture and history and arabness is not a part of their national identity.
Stop claiming everyone and everything as arab. Its just annoying...
Also only reason for Maltese people to speak a semitic language close to Arabic is the historic invasions of arabs. All Maltese people I know don't even like you a little bit
@Nintendo-64 I am Jewish, never claimed anything you have mentioned. Just observing that Arabic speaking or dialects as the question suggests is broader and In my opinion includes Maltese due to its heritage Also I’ve never met your Maltese ‘friends’ so how do you know if they like me. Grazzi hafna
OK I thought you are one of those delusional pan arabist
They like to spread myhts about how Maltese, Spanish, Turks, iranians etc are actually arabs apperantly.
So if you are Jewish you should understand what I mean.
Both jews and arabs are semitic but this doesn't mean that jews are arabs or arabs are jews. Same goes for Maltese aswell.
by the way I have seen Maltese people when I went to a summer school UK to study English years ago, my observation is that they were very proud people.
