I care about the feelings of people who care about my feelings and treat me well.

Not in a genuine sense. I try to do what is good, but more often than not it does not stem from an altruistic adherence to goodness but more so from my wanting to avoid a sense of shame from not doing so. This makes it more self-serving than other-centered.

morally yes I won't steal cheat or lie but my words on the other hand i am cold and honest and often upset people.
