I can't remember the site but it was along the the lines of For rent by Owner (one room in large historic home) crowd... Roommates seeking roommates maybe, GRADUATE school housing in University, Zillow, Hot pads Rent. com etc... Make SURE a place that has had credit and criminal ran... Good luck !!
